Delivery & Returns
Delivery Policy
Once your order is approved on our website and approval e-mail is sent to you, your product(s) are prepared and delivered to courier service for delivery within 1-5 business days. All deliveries are made through high quality courier companies meeting nationwide standards.
The delivery person will ask you to present a proof of ID (identity card/driver’s license/passport) before delivering the product to you or your designated person. For this reason, you or the addressee must necessarily have a proof of ID to take delivery of the product. Please open the package of delivery and check your order before the delivery person leaves. If you determine any mistake or deficiency with your order, please contact us immediately, complete a delivery report and do not take delivery of the package.
Depending of the mode of operation of our company, the delivery person leaves a VISIT NOTE when you are not found at the address of delivery. In this case, you are supposed to contact us and visit our local office to take your delivery. If you notice any missing items after you take delivery of the products, you may report it to ugasewing@gmail.com by specifying your order number. We will respond to you on this matter as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
For delivery through a courier company, if the package is damaged on the way, the damage shall be covered by the courier company.
In case of damaged packages;
- Do not take delivery of damaged packages, and file a delivery report with the respective courier company.
- Where the delivery person believes that the package is not damaged, you are entitled to get it opened and checked to make sure that the products are delivered in undamaged condition, and to still ask for determination of their conditions through a delivery report.
- The products should not be returned because of minor dents on the box or packaging which would not cause any damage to the products in them.
- Once you take delivery of the package, the respective courier company is considered to have duly performed its duty.
- In cases where the package is not accepted and a delivery report is completed, you should immediately inform uga sewing along with the copy of the report you have kept.
